Finally Got Brute Home

Well after a week of alot of snow another 4+' and not being abl to go anywhere, finally got a ride from Dave and Trevor to go get the ranger. It was a very interesting adventure to say the least. it only took 5+ hours to go a little over 3 miles. The snow was very deep and wet on top but if you broke through you could be upto your waist or deeper in snow. Lots of digging and leveling where slides had happened on the big ledge, narrowing the road and pushing it off the side. The winds got up to about 25 mph gust and dropped alot os snow from the trees. So a big thank you to Dave and Tevor but the next time I'm offered an escort back I will take advantage of it. This morning the road is nice and groomed thanks to Ike making in possible to go out now without having to dig to get there. Paradise is good even with the lessons. It helps to remember words of books I read that help me get out of the situation and to a much better place.
