Crazy Weather Continues @ Trinity

The weather continues to be so very unpredictable today instead of snow it has been clear most of the day but it warmed up to 36 and now instead of getting snow it is raining. This morning I tried to see if I could go out today and only made it to the other end of the trail head parking lot before sinking in very deep snow. I had to stomp a path from the gas house to just before where they turn when grooming. It's hard to tell that they groomed at all because of all of the new snow we got after they groomed along with the strong winds but hopefully this rain will help to compact the snow making it much easier to get out on the snowmobile. I tried today but didn't get very far before having to dig out and turning around and coming back into Trinity.
The Ranger is in the shop and I found out that the transmission was completely fried along with the clutch housing was messed up the parts were ordered and should be here Thur and it might be ready as soon as Sat or the following Tues and that will sure be nice to have back in here. With all of the snow we've gotten it has made it difficult to get around Trinity right now because there isn't anyway to keep the trails cleared without the Ranger or Bob's rig being here.
Not only that but Elaine will possibly be coming home then too and that will be the best news of all. She hasn't been home since just before Thanksgiving and she broke her ankle and has been in a cast , and all of the crazy large snow dumps that just keep on coming have really made it difficult to get out to see her, I've only been out 3 times since Thanksgiving but am very glad that Elaine will be home soon with Peppy and then we will be a family again all of us at home. With all of us here then it won't matter if we get lots of snow then because we will be together and that is what counts.
This last 2 months hasn't been easy but at the same time we have learned some very valuable lessons about what is important in life, Love and being with the person you Love most no matter what is happening, and to enjoy everyday and make the most out of it. We can change the things we look at by the way we look at things. The rain has turned into very large snowflakes now so it will be interesting to see what happens now.
We found our Paradise, we hope you find yours too.
